The pavilion at Harvey's Lake Beach is in high demand during the summer and early fall. It is popular choice for family reunions, birthday parties and small weddings. The pavilion offers shelter from the elements, electrical outlets, picnic tables, serving tables, and a large BBQ grill.

All evening events at the pavilion must be finished and cleaned up by 9:00 p.m. when the beach closes. Rentals prior to mid-June and after mid-August may have limited services, however the per person fee will be waived.

Half-day Rental Fees:                    
$65 base fee plus $4.00 per person  
Between 9:00am to 1:30pm OR  2:00pm to 9:00pm     

All-day Rental Fees:
$125 base fee plus $4.00 per person  
Between 9:00am and 9:00pm

Barnet residents & property owners receive $20 off half-day base fee and $40 off full-day base fee.

RESERVATION DATES AND TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL PAVILLION MANAGER HAS APPROVED YOUR DATE, PAYMENT IS MADE, AND COMPLETED/SIGNED FORMS ARE RECEIVED! The base fee is to be paid two weeks in advance. Per Person fees may be paid with reservation fee or the day of the event. The rental fees are refundable up until one month prior to the reservation date. There are NO refunds for weather related cancellations. Inquire about pricing for weddings or large groups. • 7 picnic tables (6') that can seat up to 70 people.

• 2 serving long tables (8' by 2'5")

• Electricity to two grounded outlets

• Trash barrel: bags are not provided, you must take your trash with you

• Flush toilets from 9am to 5pm: (as long as gate house is open)

• Portable toilet
